以壳聚糖(CTS)、蒙脱土(MMT)为原料进行复合改性制得糖用CTS/MMT复合澄清剂,通过扫描电镜、红外光谱、X射线衍射和热重仪对其结构进行表征,证明壳聚糖已成功负载于蒙脱土表面。将其应用于糖汁脱色中,分别以添加量、时间、温度、pH为变量,研究在不同条件下糖汁色值变化规律,结果表明:在浓度为15%、50mL的糖汁中,添加CTS/ MMT澄清剂0.5 g、吸附时间40min、温度50℃、糖汁pH值为5时,脱色率最高可达到92%。

Chitosan /montmorillonite (CTS/MMT) composite was prepared with chitosan solution (CTS) and montmorillonite (MMT). The structure of CTS/MMT composite was characterized by scanning electron microscopy, infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction and thermogravimetry. It was concluded that chitosan had been successfully loaded on the surface of montmorillonite. The application of CTS/MMT composite as a clarifier agent in decolorization of sugarcane juice was studied under different conditions. The results showed that the decolorization rate could reach 92% under the treatment of the sugar juice concentration of 15% and volume of 50 mL, CTS/MMT clarifier additive amount of 0.5 g, adsorption time of 40 min, temperature of 50 ℃ and sugar juice pH value of 5.
