本研究以石油醚为提取溶剂,选用超声波辅助提取落葵籽油,通过响应面法研究超声波功率、提取温度、提取时间、料液比等因素对落葵籽油提取率的影响,以提取率为主要参考标准,确定最佳提取工艺。结果表明:最佳提取条件为超声波功率135W、提取温度40℃、提取时间25min、料液比1:10。通过GC-MS分析,鉴定出19种主要成分。
Abstract:
:In this study, petroleum ether was used as the extraction solvent, ultrasonic extraction was used to extract the Basella oil, and the effects of ultrasonic power, extraction temperature, extraction time and ratio of material to liquid on the extraction rate of Basella oil were studied by response surface methodology. As the main reference standard, determine the best extraction process. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were ultrasonic power 135W, extraction temperature 40℃, extraction time 25 min, and ratio of material to liquid 1:10. Through the GC-MS analysis, 19 main components were identified
