建立了火腿肠中四种合成色素的高效液相色谱测定方法。样品用聚酰胺吸附法提取,采用 YWG-C18柱 (mm×mm,10μm)0.99,检出限为0.02-0.14mg/KG,加标回收率为84.5%~99.0%,RSD为0.968%~7.912%,该方法快速、简便、准确度和精密度良好,可用于火腿肠中四种合成色素的检测。
Abstract:
The HPLC method for the determination of four synthetic pigments in ham intestine was established. The sample was extracted by polyamide adsorption, using YWG-C18 column(250M × 4.6 M, 10μm), and methanol-ammonium acetate aqueous solution(PH = 4, 0.02 mol/L) as a flow phase gradient elution, detected by ultraviolet detector, external peak area quantitative. The results showed that the four synthetic pigments were linear, the correlation is more than 0.99, the detection limit was 0.02-0.14 M g/KG, the recovery rate was 84.5 % to 99.0 %, and the RSD was 0.968 % to 7.912 %. The method is fast, simple, accurate and precise, and can be used for the detection of four synthetic pigments in ham intestine
