摘要:: 本文浅要介绍了塑化剂的工业应用及对环境污染的问题，主要分析了塑料瓶装食醋中塑化剂的来源，包括迁移性和非法添加两方面，总结了加入塑化剂的作用以及对人体的危害等，同时介绍了对食醋中塑化剂残留不同检测方法注意事项，最低检测限，适用情境等进行了比较，面对不同的样品下采用最佳方法进行测定。

Abstract:: This paper briefly introduces the industrial application of plasticizer and its pollution to the environment, and mainly analyzes the sources of plasticizer in plastic bottle vinegar, including mobility and illegal addition. The function of adding plasticizer and its harm to human body were summarized, and the different detection methods of plasticizer residue in vinegar were introduced, such as the matters needing attention, the minimum detection limit, the applicable situation and so on. The best method is used for the determination of different samples.
