微生物絮凝剂是天然高分子絮凝剂的重要种类因其具有无毒和可生物降解等优点,其应用范围越来越广,在制糖工业中的研究也逐渐增多。本文主要介绍了近年来微生物絮凝剂的发展趋势,并对微生物絮凝剂进行概述,从微生物絮凝剂絮凝机理、影响絮凝剂絮凝作用的因素以及其在甘蔗制糖中的应用等方面进行综述,并对该领域日后的研究进行展望。
Abstract:
Microbial flocculants are important types of natural macromolecular flocculants because of their non-toxic and biodegradable advantages. This paper mainly introduces the development trend of microbial flocculants in recent years, and briefly introduces microbial flocculants, summarizes the flocculation mechanism of microbial flocculants, the factors influencing the flocculation of microbial flocculants and their application in sugarcane production, and prospects the future research in this field
