本文主要研究了响应面优化迷迭香多酚提取工艺及其抑李斯特菌活性。通过响应面分析法确定迷迭香多酚的最佳提取条件,即液料比为15,乙醇浓度为56%,超声波功率为376W,超声波时间为38min。迷迭香多酚能在一定程度上抑制李斯特菌的活性,且随着迷迭香多酚的浓度提高,抑制程度越大。
Abstract:
This study mainly esearches optimization of extraction process by response surface for rosemary polyphenols and its antibacterial activity to listeria monocytogene. The optimum extraction condition of rosemary polyphenols was determined by response surface analysis method, such as solution to material ratio for 15, ethanol concentration for 56%, ultrasonic frequency for 376W, ultrasonic time for 38min. In a certain extent, rosemary polyphenols could inhibit the activity of listeria monocytogene. With the increase of concentration of rosemary polyphenols, the greater degree of inhibition.
