摘要:采用双层牛津杯法研究枯草芽孢杆菌CGMCC 6624对抗生素的耐受性。结果显示,当抗生素浓度在1×10-5mg/mL~1mg/mL时,枯草芽孢杆菌CGMCC 6624对硝基咪唑类中替硝唑具有耐受性;当抗生素浓度为1×10-3mg/mL~1mg/mL时,枯草芽孢杆菌CGMCC 6624对四环素中的四环素和土霉素,喹诺酮类中氧氟沙星具有耐受性;当抗生素浓度在1×10-2mg/mL~1mg/mL时,枯草芽孢杆菌CGMCC 6624对β-内酰胺类中阿莫西林、青霉素和氨苄青霉素,氨基糖苷类中的的链霉素,酰胺醇类中的氯霉素、甲砜霉素,大环内酯类中的红霉素和硝基咪唑类中的甲硝唑具有耐受性;当抗生素浓度在1×10-1mg/mL~1mg/mL时,枯草芽孢杆菌CGMCC 6624对氨基糖苷类中的庆大霉素、新霉素,酰胺类中的氟苯尼考和磺胺类中的磺胺具有耐受性;当抗生素浓度为1mg/mL时,枯草芽孢杆菌CGMCC 6624对大环内酯类中阿奇霉素具有耐受性。以上结果表明枯草芽孢杆菌CGMCC 6624对不同种类的抗生素具有一定的耐受性。该研究为该菌株在食品、饲料中的应用奠定了理论基础。
Abstract:
Abstract:The resistance of Bacillus subtilis CGMCC 6624 to antibiotics was researched using double-layered Oxford cup method. The results showed that B. subtilis CGMCC 6624 was resistant to tinidazole in nitroimidazole when the antibiotic concentration was 1×10-5 mg/mL~1 mg/mL;Between 1×10-3 mg/mL and 1mg/mL of the antibiotic concentration about tetracycline and oxytetracycline in tetracycline and ofloxacin in quinolones,B. subtilis CGMCC 6624 showed a good tolerance; when the concentration of antibiotic was 1×10-2mg/mL~1mg/mL,B. subtilis CGMCC 6624 was well tolerated to amoxicillin,penicillin and ampicillin in β-lactams, streptomycin in aminoglycosides, chloramphenicol, thiamphenicols, macrolides in amide alcohols Metronidazole in erythromycin and nitroimidazole;B. subtilis CGMCC 6624 had a good tolerability to gentamicin, neomycin, florfenicol in aminoglycoside, florfenicol in amide and sulfonamide in sulfamide at the time of the antibiotic concentration was 1×10-1 mg/mL ~1 mg/mL; B. subtilis CGMCC 6624 was well tolerated when antibiotic concentration of azithromycin in macrolides was 1 mg/mL. The results indicated that B. subtilis CGMCC 6624 was resisted to different types of antibiotics. This research laid a theoretical foundation for the application of the strain in food and feed.
