采用水蒸气蒸馏法分别提取干柠檬叶和鲜柠檬叶中的精油,研究柠檬叶精油在清除自由基、亚硝酸钠以及抑制黄嘌呤氧化酶活性等方面的性能。结果表明:鲜叶精油对羟基自由基和超氧阴离子自由基的清除能力较强,鲜柠檬叶精油对羟基的清除率高达90.72%,IC50值为4.27;鲜柠檬叶精油对超氧自由基的清除率为73.49%,IC50值为5.17;干柠檬叶精油对亚硝酸钠的清除率为89.55%,IC50值为4.19;柠檬叶精油对羟基清除能力与NO2-的清除能力之间存在显著相关关系(P<0.05),且鲜叶精油总还原能力与NO2-的清除能力之间存在非常显著(P<0.01)的相关关系。
Abstract:
Essential oil was extracted by steam distillation from dry lemon leaves and fresh lemon leaves. The performance of essential oil from lemon leaf in scavenging free radicals, sodium nitrite and inhibiting xanthine oxidase activity were investigated. The results showed that the essential oil from fresh leaf has strong scavenging ability on hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion radical. The hydroxyl radical scavenging rate of the essential oil from fresh leaf was 90.72%, IC50 value was 4.27. The superoxide radical scavenging rate of the essential oil from fresh leaf was 73.49%, IC50 value was 5.17. the sodium nitrite scavenging rate of the essential oil from dry leaf oil was 89.55%, IC50 value was 4.19. The xanthine oxidase scavenging rate of ethyl acetate extraction of fresh lemon leaves was 89.12%. The scavenging ability between hydroxyl radical and NO2- of essential oil from lemon leaf has a significant correlation(P<0.05). Moreover. The ability between the total reduction?and scavenging NO2- of essential oil from fresh lemon leaf has a?remarkabal significant correlation(P<0.01).
