本文通过冷冻、低温离心和固相萃取等前处理过程的优化,消除含油调味样品中干扰物,建立气质联用同位素内标法测定其样品中3-氯-1,2-丙二醇。将该方法用于检测实际富含油脂调味样品中的3-氯-1,2-丙二醇,结果令人满意。其方法检出限为 0.031mg/kg,线性相关系数0.9992,加标回收率80.0%~89.0%,精密度3.76%~4.05%。
Abstract:
Optimized the pre-processing by freezing, low temperature centrifugation and solid phase extraction, Eliminated interferences in the oily condiments, Established isotopic internal standard method for the determination of 3-chlorine-1,2-propylene Glycol by GC-MS. This method was applied to actual sample analysis with satisfactory results. The detection limit was 0.031mg/kg, linearly dependent coefficient is 0.9992, Standard addition recoveries in the 80.0%~89.0% and the precision in the 3.76%~4.05%。
