Abstract:
The best extraction rate of water-soluble crude polysaccharide in bagasse was screened by experiments. The optimum conditions of enzymatic hydrolysis conditions were optimized by single factor test and orthogonal test. The optimum conditions for the extraction of water-soluble polysaccharides from bagasse were: the enzyme hydrolysis temperature was 50, the enzyme pH5.0, the enzyme dosage was 2%, and the enzymolysis time was 50min. The extraction rate of bagasse crude polysaccharide was 1.09% ± 0.011%, which increased by 10.4% compared with the recommended optimum enzymatic hydrolysis conditions, and achieved the desired optimization effect. There was no obvious absorption peak at 260 nm-280 nm by the UV scanning of the crude polysaccharide solution extracted from the bagasse, and the reliability of the extraction conditions was further explained.
