本文通过对可溶性膳食纤维在微量营养素缺乏人群中的应用进行研究,设置可溶性膳食纤维和肠内营养混悬液两种不同的营养素补充方式,对营养素缺乏人群的营养状态、血糖水平或胰岛素用量、血脂水平、感染指标、免疫指标以及胃肠粘膜指标数据进行采集分析。数据结果表明,可溶性膳食纤维对该类人群的总体营养状态不显示有效性,可在降脂物品的辅助作用下降低该类人群血脂水平,能够有效改善该类人群的血糖水平,同时对该类人群的免疫功能和肠黏膜屏障改善过程起到明显的促进作用。
Abstract:
In this paper, the application of soluble dietary fiber (SDF) in micronutrient deficient population was studied. The data of nutritional status, blood glucose level or insulin dosage, blood lipid level, infection index, immune index and gastrointestinal mucosal index were collected by setting two different nutrient supplement methods of soluble dietary fiber and enteral nutrition suspension Set analysis. The results showed that soluble dietary fiber had no effect on the overall nutritional status of this group of people. It could reduce the blood lipid level of this group of people with the auxiliary effect of lipid-lowering materials, and could effectively improve the blood glucose level of this group of people. At the same time, it played a significant role in promoting the immune function and the improvement process of intestinal mucosal barrier.
