提供了一种绿色、环保、高效、低成本合成尼泊金十二醇酯的方法。首先以N-丁基苯并咪唑和脯氨酸反应合成脯氨酸离子液体,其结构通过FT-IR、1H NMR、13C NMR得到表征。然后用离子液体催化合成尼泊金十二醇酯,同时优化了反应条件,得出最佳反应条件:以甲苯为溶剂,摩尔比(n对羟基苯甲酸:n十二醇)=1:1.1,反应温度100℃,反应时间6h,催化剂用量为10%n对羟基苯甲酸,产率达87%以上。重复及放大试验验证了最佳反应条件的合理性,此外,催化剂可以重复使用5次而不影响产率。为尼泊金十二醇酯的绿色合成及工业生产提供了理论依据。
Abstract:
A green, environmental,efficient, low-cost procedure for synthesis of dodecylparaben was developed in this paper. Proline Ionic liquids was synthesized by the reaction of N-butylbenzimidazole and proline, its’ structure was characterized by FT-IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR. Dodecylparaben was catalytic synthesized by proline ionic liquids, while the reaction conditions were optimized,the optimal reaction conditions were obtained: Using toluene as the solvent, molar ratio(n p-hydroxybenzoic acid :n dodecanol) = 1: 1.1, the reaction temperature was 100℃,the reaction time was 4h, and the dosage proline ionic liquids was 10% n p-hydroxybenzoic acid , the yield was above 87%. The practicable of the optimal reaction conditions was verified by repetiton and scale-up experiment.In addition, the catalyst could be reused for 5 times without affecting the yield.Theoretical basis was provided for green synthesis and industrial production of dodecylparaben.
