利用青花椒籽为原料,采用超临界CO2萃取设备萃取花椒籽油。在单因素试验的基础上,以花椒籽的提油率以及α-亚麻酸含量为考察指标,利用响应面法对提油率以及α-亚麻酸含量萃取工艺进行同时优化。根据响应面法,绘制等高线图及响应曲面,采取同时优化,得到最佳条件:萃取压力30MPa,萃取温度51℃,萃取时间90min。在此条件下进行验证试验,得到花椒籽的提油率为12.52%,α-亚麻酸含量为4.45%,与回归模型计算预测值接近。说明响应面法同时优化超临界CO2萃取花椒籽油以及α-亚麻酸含量条件可行。

Use of zanthoxylum schinifolium seed for material, adopt the supercritical CO 2 extraction equipment of prickly ash seed oil extraction. On the basis of single factor experiment, in prickly ash seed oil extraction rate and the content of α-linolenic acid as examining index, using the response surface method for oil extraction rate and the content of α-linolenic acid optimization at the same time. According to the response surface method’s response surface and contour plots, get the best conditions: extraction pressure 30MPa , extraction temperature 51℃, extraction time 90 min. The observed values of prickly ash seed oil extraction rate and α-linolenic acid content were 12.52% and 4.45%, respectively, exhibiting a good agreement with their predicted values. Therefore, response surface methodology is a feasible way to optimize the supercritical CO2 extraction of oil and α-linolenic acid content from prickly ash seed
