为研究孔板水力空化对H2O2-Vc体系糖汁脱色的影响,考察了糖汁浓度、Vc用量、过氧化氢用量和空化时间对糖汁脱色率的影响。结果表明:孔板水力空化对糖汁脱色起到了很好的强化作用,提高了糖汁脱色率;糖汁脱色的最佳工艺条件为糖汁浓度35 %、Vc用量48 mL、过氧化氢用量43 mL、空化时间6 min,此条件下糖汁脱色率为60.3 %,明显高于无水力空化条件下H2O2-Vc体系的糖汁脱色率(42.9 %),为糖汁脱色技术提供参考依据。
Abstract:
In order to study the effect of pore plate hydraulic cavitation on the decolorization of sugar juice in H2O2-Vc system, the effects of sugar concentration, Vc dosage, hydrogen peroxide dosage and cavitation time on the decolorization rate of sugar juice were investigated. The results showed that the hydraulic cavitation of pore plate enhanced the decolorization of sugar juice and increased the decolorization rate of sugar juice. The optimum conditions for decolorization of sugar juice are as follows: the concentration of sugar juice is 35 %, the dosage of Vc is 48 mL, the dosage of hydrogen peroxide is 43 mL, the cavitation time is 6 min, the decolorization rate of sugar juice is 60.3 %. The decolorization rate of sugar juice in H2O2-Vc system without hydraulic cavitation was significantly higher than that in the system without hydraulic cavitation (42.9 %) to provide reference basis for sugar juice decolorization technology
