食品安全问题直接关系到消费者的健康,消费者在购买食品的时候只能通过自身的经验去判断食品质量,然而消费者对食品信息获取能力有限,无法准确购买到放心食品;其次为了在食品问题出现后迅速问题定位并准确问责,食品安全全程追溯制度应运而生。食品安全全程追溯制度兴起于欧美国家,且发展成熟,在特定食品中已有强制使用。我国食品安全全程追溯制度在《食品安全法》中得以确立,但只以自愿形式存在,现有法律对该制度的建立和实施都未作规定,为了充分发挥该制度的优越性,建议完善相关法律法规。
Abstract:
The issue of food safety has received a lot of attention in recent years. Food issues are directly related to consumers ’’right to health issues. Consumers can only judge food quality through their own experience when purchasing food. However, consumers have limited access to food information and consumers can not purchase food.; Secondly, in order to locate the link of food problem quickly after food problem, so as to carry out accurate accountability, the whole process of food safety tracing system came into being. The entire food safety system has emerged in Europe and the United States, and it has matured and has been used mandatory in specific foods. In order to give full play to its advantages, China’’s food safety system has been established in the Food Safety Law, but only exists in a voluntary form, and its establishment and implementation have not been regulated by existing laws. It is recommended to improve relevant laws and regulations.
