麦角固醇是一种重要的医药化工原料,是维生素D的前体,已被广泛地应用于药物的开发中。研究从丹东自制豆酱和山东的柿饼中分离得到三株红曲霉菌株A13、Fen、SD3,并用其自制红曲米。通过皂化反应,乙醚提取,并高效液相色谱检测,得到三株菌中麦角固醇的含量分别为Fen 为4.36±0.0835mg /g、A13为 2.22±0.1481mg /g和SD3为 0.039±0.01434mg /g。
Abstract:
Ergosterol is an important raw material for pharmaceutical and chemical industry, and is a precursor of vitamin D. It has been widely used in drug development. Three strains of Monascus. sp A13, Fen and SD3 were isolated from soybean paste s made in Dandong and persimmon cake made in Shandong Province, and used to make red koji rice. By saponification reaction, ether extraction and high performance liquid chromatography detection, the ergosterol content s of Fen was 4.36 ±0.0835mg/g, A13 was 2.22±0.1481mg/g and SD3 was 0.0 39±0.01434mg /g, respectively
