Abstract:
As beneficial bacteria, probiotics is one of the essential elements in body, which can promote the absorption of nutrients. With the deepening of the study, Probiotics unique nutrition and health-care effect have got more and more peoples, attention.Currently probiotics have been widely used in various fields such as food, medical care and feed. In this paper, the kinds general of probiotics and the latest detection methods are introduced. It provides some important information for further research of probiotics
