摘要:
用60%乙醇溶液25℃超声提取昭通青花椒酚性成分。以没食子酸为标准品,采用Folin-Ciocalteu比色法,在765nm处测得标准曲线为y=0.0873x+0.0095(r=0.9991),该方法在0~5μg/mL范围内总酚浓度与吸光度线性关系良好。经测定昭通七县区青花椒总酚含量范围为52.57~62.07mg/g,平均总酚含量为56.04mg/g,回收率100.1%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.39%(n=6),此方法操作简单,测定结果准确可靠。该研究结果可为昭通青花椒的开发利用提供试验参考。
Abstract:
The phenol constituents in Zhaotong Zanthoxylum Schinifolium Sieb. et Zucc. were ultrasonic extracted in 60% ethanol solution at 25℃. Using gallic acid as a standard compound, absorbency value was determined an 765nm by Folin-Ciocalteu colorimetry. The standard curve was y=0.0873x+0.0095 ( r=0.9991), and the standard solution concentration ha d a good linear relationship with absorbance in the range of 0~5μg/ mL. Total phenol contents were determined between 52.57~62.07 mg/g and the average total phenol content was 5 6.04mg/g in Zhaotong Zanthoxylum Schinifolium Sieb. et Zucc. The recovery rate was 100.1%, the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.39% (n=6). Using t his method the operation was simple, and the determination results were accurate and reliable. This study will provide theoretical data for development and utilization of Zhaotong Zanthoxylum Schinifolium Sieb. et Zucc.
