采用形态学、生理生化质谱及分子技术从中分离一株芽胞杆菌SX09的分类,初步确定该菌株为一株甲基营养型芽孢杆菌(Bacillus methylotrophicus)。以5株食源性致病菌和3株霉菌为菌株,采用牛津杯扩散法检测了菌株SX09马铃薯葡萄糖水对8株菌的抑制作用,结果表明菌株SX09对菌株SX09一株广谱抑菌的芽孢杆菌菌株SX09在未来生物防治领域具有潜在的应用价值。
Abstract:
The taxonomic characteristics of a Bacillus strain SX09,which was isolated from soil, were detected by morphological observation, physiological and biochemical analysis, mass spectrometry and molecular techniques. And?on?this?basis the strain SX09 was preliminarily identified as a Bacillus methylotrophicus. With five foodborne pathogenic bacteria and three fungi as test strains, the inhibition effects of SX09 on eight strains of microorganisms cultured in potato glucose water medium were tested by Oxford cup diffusion method. The results showed that SX09 had obvious inhibitory effects on the tested bacteria and fungi. Therefore, it was speculated that strain SX09 might be a Bacillus with broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity. Therefore, strain SX09 has potential application value in the field of food processing and biological control in the future
