本文应用了一种基于撞击流技术的方法对壳聚糖进行降解。研究了壳聚糖溶液浓度、pH、反应时间、流速、撞击流反应器结构等因素对壳聚糖降解效果的影响,以壳聚糖的特性粘度下降率来衡量壳聚糖的降解程度,并对壳聚糖样品及其降解产物进行凝胶渗透色谱、红外光谱表征分析。结果表明:较低的壳聚糖溶液浓度、较长的射流撞击时间、较高的射流速度有利于促进壳聚糖的降解;并且壳聚糖的降解速率随着反应器撞击角度的增大而逐渐增大;当溶液pH为4.4时,壳聚糖溶液的浓度为1 g/L,撞击角度为90°,作用时间40 min,流速为4.2 m/s,降解效果最为明显,特性粘度下降率达到67.6 %。说明基于撞击流技术的方法可有效降解壳聚糖。
Abstract:
In this paper, chitosan was degraded by an impinge-flow technique.The effects of chitosan solution concentration, pH, reaction time, flow rate, impinge-flow reactor structure and other factors on the degradation effect of chitosan were studied. The degradation degree of chitosan was measured by the rate of decreasing the characteristic viscosity of chitosan.The results showed that lower chitosan concentration, longer jet impingency time and higher jet velocity were beneficial to the degradation of chitosan.The degradation rate of chitosan increased with the increase of reactor impact Angle.When the solution pH is 4.4, the concentration of chitosan is 1 g/L, the impact Angle is 90 °, the effect time 40 min, the velocity of 4.2 m/s when the degradation effect is most obvious, characteristic viscosity decrease rate reached 67.6%.The results show that the method based on impingency flow can degrade chitosan effectively
