通过单因素试验和正交试验确定超声辅助有机溶剂法提取青花椒色素的最优工艺为:无水乙醇为提取溶剂,花椒粒度为过100目筛,超声提取时间为30 min,提取功率为 120 W ,料液比为1:50 (g/mL),此条件下青花椒色素的吸光度最大,为0.4383,说明青花椒色素的提取率达到最高。与传统的有机溶剂浸提法提取青花椒色素相比,超声辅助有机溶剂法中青花椒色素提取率有明显提高。
Abstract:
The optimum extraction technology of pigment of green Zanthoxylum bungeanum by ultrasound-assisted organic solvent method was determined by single factor and orthogonal experiments. The optimum conditions were that the particle size of green Zanthoxylum bungeanum was less than 100 sieves, the extraction time was 30 minutes, the extraction power was 120 Wand the ratio of material to liquid was 1:50 (g/mL). Under this condition, the absorbance of pigment of green Zanthoxylum bungeanum was the highest, indicating that the extraction rate of pigment of green Zanthoxylum bungeanum was the highest. Compared with the traditional organic solvent extraction method, the extraction rate of pigment of green Zanthoxylum bungeanum by ultrasound-assisted organic solvent extraction method was significantly improved.
