随着近红外光谱相关技术的飞速发展,近红外光谱以其快速无损无污染的优势广泛应用于食品行业的研究。本文综述了近红外光谱仪的分光器、测量模式及常见分类的优势和现阶段的应用,常见的数据建模分析的方法及其建模原理,阐述了近年来近红外光谱方法在乳制品、果蔬、饮料、肉制品、酒类等食品行业分析检测中的运用,并提出了对近红外光谱的未来发展方向的建议。
Abstract:
With the rapid development of near infrared spectroscopy, near infrared spectroscopy has been widely used in the research of food industry because of its advantages of fast, nondestructive and pollution-free.Of near infrared spectrometer in this paper, light splitter, measurement model and the advantage of the common classification and the application of the current common methods of data modeling analysis and the modeling principle of near infrared spectral method in recent years is expounded in dairy products, fruits and vegetables, drink, food such as meat and alcohol industry analysis test, the application and puts forward some Suggestions to the future developing direction of near infrared spectrum.
