使用傅里叶红外变换光谱仪(FT-IR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)表征了经不同浓度的NaOH溶液处理甘蔗渣的纤维素晶体结构的变化。结果表明,甘蔗渣纤维素的结晶度指数与NaOH溶液的浓度之间的相关性不是线性的,而是呈现先上升后下降的趋势。FT-IR表征甘蔗渣纤维素的结构能进一步证明,甘蔗渣纤维素的晶体结构受NaOH溶液影响的程度很大。完整的处理过程大概分为两个阶段即在低浓度的NaOH溶液范围内,甘蔗渣的结晶度值升高,当NaOH溶液浓度再升高时,甘蔗渣纤维素的结晶度值下降。
Abstract:
The changes of cellulose crystal structure of bagasse treated with different concentrations of NaOH solution were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-ray diffractometry (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the correlation between the crystallinity index of bagasse cellulose and the concentration of NaOH solution is not linear, but tends to rise first and then decrease. FT-IR characterization of the structure of bagasse cellulose can further prove that the crystal structure of bagasse cellulose is greatly affected by NaOH solution.The complete treatment process is roughly divided into two stages, that is, in the range of low concentration NaOH solution, the crystallinity value of bagasse is increased, and when the concentration of NaOH solution is increased, the crystallinity value of bagasse is decreased. The crystallized area of bagasse with low crystallinity is destroyed, which is beneficial to the further degradation and application of bagasse. It has certain guiding significance for the treatment of bagasse with suitable concentration of alkali liquor in industry
