建立了蜂蜜中高果糖淀粉糖浆的固相萃取结合薄层色谱的测定方法。本研究在GB/T 18932.2-2002方法的基础上,采用固相萃取小柱代替活性炭玻璃层析柱,结合固相萃取装置,对蜂蜜样品中的高分子糖进行分离、富集,再经薄层色谱法检测,来判定蜂蜜中高果糖淀粉糖浆的存在。该方法可以进行批量样品的同时处理,减少了净化填料和试剂的使用量,缩短了前处理的时间,降低了检测成本,提高了检测效率,并与标准方法的实验结果一致,表明本方法适用于对蜂蜜中掺有的高果糖淀粉糖浆进行定性判断。
Abstract:
A method for the determination of high fructose starch syrup in honey by solid phase extraction with thin-layer chromatography (TLC) was established. Based on the method stated in GB/T 18932.2-2002, this study replaced activated carbon glass chromatographic columns with solid phase extraction columns. Together with SPE apparatus, high molecular carbohydrate in honey was separated, concentrated, and tested by thin-layer chromatography method to identify if the honey contains high-fructose starch syrup. Capable of treating batch samples simultaneously, this method enjoys less consumption of purifying fillers and reagents, shorter pretreatment time, lower testing cost yet higher testing efficiency. Its test results agreed with that from standard method, showing that it is suitable for identifying high-fructose starch syrup in honey in a qualitative manner.
