为充分发挥迷迭香的作用,迷迭香为原料,采用超临界CO2萃取法,以乙醇为夹带剂,选取萃取时间、萃取温度和萃取压力3个对提取率影响较大的单因素,进行响应面试验设计,优化超临界CO2萃取法提取迷迭香精油工艺,通过Desing-Expert软件对试验数据进行回归分析,确定最佳工艺参数。结果表明:超临界CO2萃取法提取迷迭香精油工艺条件为以乙醇为夹带剂,用量为原料的20%,在萃取时间3h、萃取温度50.5℃、萃取压力17.5 MPa、CO2流速为0.04 m3/h的条件下,迷迭香精油平均提取率达1.94%。
Abstract:
In order to give full play to the role of Rosmarinus officinalis rosemary,supercritical CO2 extraction and ethanol as entrainer were used as raw materials.The extraction time, extraction temperature and extraction pressure were 3 factors that had great influence on extraction rate.Response surface design was used to optimize the extraction process of Rosmarinus officinalis essential oil by Supercritical CO2 extraction.Regression analysis was carried out by Desing-Expert software.The optimum process parameters were determined.The results showed that the extraction process of Rosmarinus officinalis essential oil by supercritical CO2 extraction was 20% with ethanol as the entrainer and the dosage as raw material.When the extraction time was 3 h,the extraction temperature was 50.5℃,the extraction pressure was 17.5 MPa,and the flow rate of CO2 was 0.04 m3/h,the average extraction rate of rosmarinic oil reached 1.94%.
