以对羟基苯甲酸为原料,甲醇为溶剂负载型浓硫酸成功制备了尼泊金甲酯。实验结果表明:当使用负载量为0%的负载型固体催化剂,醇酸投料摩尔比为:1,反应温度为65℃,反应时间8h时,产率最高可达82.7%。并且使用负载型固体催化剂不仅避免了传统浓硫酸的强腐蚀性,而且可循环利用。相,负载型浓硫酸固体催化剂是一种高效、绿色、环保的合成尼泊金甲酯的新工艺。
Abstract:
Methylparaben was successfully prepared by using p-hydroxybenzoic acid as a raw material , methanol as a solvent, supported concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst.The experimental results showed that when the supported solid catalyst with 10% loading was used, the molar ratio of alcohol and acid feed was 5:1, the reaction temperature was 65 °C, and the reaction time was 8 h, the yield was up to 82.7%. Moreover, the use of the supported solid catalyst not only avoided the strong corrosiveness of the traditional concentrated sulfuric acid, but also could be recycled . Compared with the catalysis of other catalysts, the supported sulfuric acid solid catalyst was economic, highly efficient, green and environmentally friendly process for the synthesis of methylparaben.
