本文以新鲜高良姜为原料,经冻干脱脂处理制备水提物,测定高良姜水提物中多酚和黄酮含量,使用ABTS法、DPPH法和FRAP法评价水提物的抗氧化能力,同时测定其对α-葡萄糖苷酶和胰脂肪酶的抑制功能。结果显示,高良姜水提物中多酚和总黄酮分别为45.73 mg GAE/g DW和0.41 mg QE/g DW。水提物对ABTS和DPPH自由基离子的半抑制浓度IC50分别为2.55mg/mL和 8.78 mg/mL。FRAP值为382.14 μmol Fe2+/g DW。高良姜水提物对α-葡萄糖苷酶和胰脂肪酶抑制活性的IC50值分别为14.45 mg/mL和543.51 mg/mL。表明高良姜水提物中含有丰富的多酚类化合物,具有较强的体外抗氧化能力和α-葡萄糖苷酶和胰脂肪酶抑制功能。

The fresh Galangal was freeze-dried, degreased and extracted by pure water, evaluated its polyphenols content, total flavonoids content, antioxidant capacity, inhibitory activities against pancreatic lipase and α-glucosidase. Results showed that the polyphenols and total flavonoids were 45.73 mg GAE/g DW and 0.41 mg QE/g DW, respectively. Aqueous extract of Galangal could scavenge ABTS and DPPH radical effectively with IC50 of 2.55 and 8.78 mg/mL, respectively. The FRAP value of the aqueous extract was 382.14 μmol Fe2+/g DW. The results also showed that inhibitory activities against α-glucosidase and pancreatic lipase expressed by IC50 were 205.87 mg/mL and 1.32 mg/mL. In summary, the Galangal is abundant in polyphenols, and has strong antioxidant activities and inhibitory activities against α-glucosidase and pancreatic lipase.
