本文主要研究纳豆菌对黄曲霉拮抗作用的试验方法,结果表明:(1)根据黄曲霉孢子和纳豆菌生长繁殖速度的差异,分别采用滤纸片法和点植法,将黄曲霉和纳豆菌接种时间设计为间隔0h、24h、48h,结果表明间隔24小时,二者均出现明显拮抗效果,说明两种方法均可行;(2)对两种方法产生的抑菌圈大小进行比较,滤纸片法抑菌圈大小平均为11.3mm,点值法抑菌圈大小平均为11.0mm,两者之间没有明显差异;(3)从操作难易程度方面看,滤纸片法操作繁琐,重复性差,更需要丰富的实践经验和动手操作能力,而点植法简便易行,重复性和稳定性好,容易得到理想结果。
Abstract:
: ?This paper is devoted to the study of the antagonistic effect of Bacillus natto on Aspergillus flavus.. The results showed that: (1) According to the difference of growth and reproduction speed between Aspergillus flavus spores and Bacillus natto, the inoculation time of Aspergillus flavus and Natto fungi was designed to intervals 0 h, 24 h and 48 h by filter paper and point planting method respectively. The experiment showed that 24 hours was a better interval between inoculation. Obvious antagonistic effect showed that both methods were feasible. (2) The?inhibition zones of filter paper method and point planting method are 11.3mm and 11.0mm respectively. There was no significant difference between the two methods. (3) According to operation difficulty, filter paper method has shortcomings of complex operation, poor repeatability, and it needs abundant? practical?experience??ability?to?operate . However, the dot planting method is simple, reproducible and stable, and it is easy to get ideal results
