食品添加剂的使用在人们的日常生活中已是司空见惯的事情。发酵工程技术在食品添加剂领域的应用,能够充分发挥发酵工程的魅力,不仅可以丰富发酵产品的种类,更可以改善食物的品质和风味。随着时代的发展,运用发酵工程技术,制作安全、美味的食品添加剂,必将越来越受到人们的关注。本文介绍了几种新型的食品添加剂,重点综述了发酵工程技术在其中的运用以及最新的研究进展,为发酵生产新型食品添加剂的进一步研究提供参考和依据。
Abstract:
The use of food additives has become commonplace in people’’’’’’’’s daily lives. The application of modern fermentation engineering technology in the field of food additives can bring out the charm of fermentation engineering, which can not only enrich fermentation product categories, but also improve the quality and flavor of food. With the development of the times, the application of fermentation engineering technology to produce safe and delicious food additives will surely attract more and more attention from people. This review introduced several new types of food additives, placing emphasis on the applications of fermentation engineering technology in them and the latest research progress, which provided reference and basis for further study on the fermentation of food additives.
