以分子筛SBA-15为载体,采用浸渍法制备出负载型催化剂PW12/SBA-15,根据前期的研究结果,确定PW12/SBA-15催化剂的负载量为27%,将其用于尼泊金丁酯的催化合成,并通过响应曲面法对其工艺进行了优化,实验表明:当醇酸摩尔比为3.4:1,反应时间为3.3 h,催化剂用量为3.2%,反应温度为131 ℃,尼泊金丁酯的产率可达91.4%。

Supported catalyst PW12/SBA-15 was prepared by impregnation method using the molecular sieve SBA-15 as the carrier. According to the previous research results, the loading capacity of PW12/SBA-15 catalyst was determined to be 27%. It was used for catalytic synthesis of Butyl Nipagin, and the process was optimized by response surface method. The results showed that when the molar ratio of alkyd was 3.4:1, the reaction time was 3.3 h, the catalyst dosage was 3.2%, and the reaction temperature was 131 ℃, the yield of Butyl Nipagin could reach 91.4%.
