摘要:

汇总和分析现行食用盐质量标准中氯化钠结果计算的原理,参照现有标准中食盐中各离子结合次序,通过钙离子和镁离子与硫酸根离子间的物质摩尔质量关系,判断是否消耗氯离子,最终剩余的氯离子换算氯化钠的结果。该方法的氯化钠计算方案省去各杂质化合物的含量计算过程,使计算过程简明、快速、计算结果准确、可控性强,适用于批量检验时结果的计算,可为规范氯化钠结果的计算提供参考。

Abstract:

Summarize and analyze the calculation principle of sodium chloride in the current standard of edible salt quality, according to the binding order of the ions in edible salt in the existing standard, the molar mass relationship between calcium ions, magnesium ions and sulphate ions is studied, determine whether consume chlorine ions, the results of final remaining chlorine ions converted into sodium chloride. The calculation of sodium chloride by this method eliminates the calculation process of the content of each impurity compound, which makes the calculation process simple, rapid, accurate and controllable, it is applicable to the calculation of the results in batch inspection and can provide reference for specifying the calculation of sodium chloride results.
