摘要:
为探究酱油渣资源化无害化处理技术,选取酱油渣为底物,在35±2 ℃,含固率为2%(VS),进行产沼气性能试验,定期测定发酵液pH值、氨氮、VFA、甲烷含量等参数。结果表明:酱油渣产沼气试验历经30 d,发酵进行到第24 d的累积产气达到总产气量的99%以上,确定酱油渣产气周期24 d,累积产沼气量9905.09 mL,产沼气能力为198.10 mL/g;其中产沼气高峰期分别出现在第4 d和第16 d,最高日产沼气量为777.78 mL,体系中的甲烷含量在16 d达到60%以上;发酵液中各组分的理化特性与产气规律保持较高的一致性,采用一级动力学和修正后的Gompertz模型对厌氧发酵过程中的累积产甲烷量进行动力学拟合,其中修正的Gompertz方程拟合的相关系数R2=0.989,对系统的BMP结果拟合置信度较高。
Abstract:
In order to explore the harmless treatment technology of soy sauce residue, biogas fermentation was carred out at 35±2 ℃ and solid content 2% (VS) by taking soy sauce residue as raw material. The pH value, ammonia nitrogen, VFA and methane content of fermentation were determined regularly. The results show that: the test lasted for 30 days, and the cumulative biogas production reached more than 99% of the total biogas production on the 24th day of fermentation. It was determined that the biogas production period of soy sauce residue was 24 days, and the cumulative biogas production was 9905.09 mL, and the biogas production capacity was 198.10 mL / g. The peak of biogas production occurred on the 4th day and 16 d respectively, the maximum daily biogas production was 777.78 mL, and the methane content in the system reached more than 60% at 16 d. The physical and chemical characteristics of each component in the fermentation broth maintained a high consistency with the law of gas production. The first-order kinetics and the modified Gompertz model were used to fit the cumulative methane production in the process of anaerobic fermentation. The modified Gompertz equation was fitted with a correlation coefficient of R2 = 0.989, which had a high confidence in fitting the BMP results of the system
