采用超声波辅助法提取柿皮中的类胡萝卜素,并对柿皮中类胡萝卜素的抗氧化活性进行了研究。在单因素实验基础基础上,应用响应面法对柿皮类胡萝卜素的提取工艺进行了优化,结果表明,当超声功率为100w时,其最佳的提取条件为:提取溶剂为无水乙醇,提取温度60℃,提取时间30min,液料比40mL:g,类胡萝卜素含量为2.58mg/g。体外抗氧化实验结果表明,浓度为50μg/mL类胡萝卜素溶液对DPPH、ABTS+、·OH的清除率分别为96.48%,93.35%和46.54%,对铁还原力为0.40,均优于Vc,体现出较好的抗氧化活性。
Abstract:
Ultrasonic assisted extracted carotenoids from persimmon peel,The antioxidative activity of carotenoids in persimmon peel was also studied. On the basis of single factor, the extraction process of carotenoids was optimized by response surface methodology. The results showed that when ultrasonic power was 100w, the optimal extraction conditions were: extraction solvent was anhydrous ethanol, extraction temperature was 60 ℃ , extraction time was 30 min, liquid-solid ratio was 40 mL: g, and the carotenoid yield was 2.58 mg/g.The results of antioxidant experiments in vitro showed that with concentrations of 50 μg/mL. the scavenging rates of DPPH, ABTS+ and ·OH were 96.48%, 93.35% and 46.54%, respectively, and the iron reduc ing power was 0.40, which was better than Vc. It has good antioxidant activity.
