为提高我国转基因食品安全问题监管效率,本研究针对我国转基因食品安全问题进行分析,从转基因食品潜在威胁、食品安全、生态环境等多方面进行分析,结合转基因食品安全特性进行总结性研究。针对我国转基因食品法律监管机制进行分析,结合国外转基因食品安全法律规制现状对我国现有问题进行分析。结合我国转基因食品法律监管问题分析根本原因,制定针对性策略作为参考意见,便于提升我国转基因食品安全监管效率,提高安全监管资源有效利用。
Abstract:
In order to improve the regulatory efficiency of genetically modified food safety in China, this study analyzes the safety of genetically modified foods in China, analyzes the potential threats of genetically modified foods, food safety, and ecological environment, and conducts summative research in combination with the safety characteristics of genetically modified foods. According to the analysis of the legal supervision mechanism of genetically modified food in China, combined with the status quo of foreign legal regulation of genetically modified foods, the existing problems in China are analyzed. Combined with the root causes of the legal supervision of genetically modified foods in China, the development of targeted strategies as a reference, to improve the efficiency of China’’s GM food safety supervision and improve the effective use of safety supervision resources.
