s:This paper introduces the production process, equipment and technical economic evaluation of food grade L-methionine by using DL-methionine as raw material. The price of food grade L-methionine in the domestic market is about 4-5 higher than that of feed grade methionine, and the production of food grade L-methionine has good economic benefits
