建立了一种用电位滴定测定香醋中还原糖含量的方法,选取3种香醋,以直接滴定方法作对比,通过准确度、精密度、加标回收实验,系统研究了此方法的可行性与有效性,此外,由于电位滴定法的检出限影响,选用2种陈醋及1种米醋,检测对其他醋样的适用性。电位滴定法测得相对误差在0.22%-3.9%之间,标准偏差在0.0152-0.04之间,RSD在0.95%-3.25之间,回收率在92.33%-113.20%之间,精密度优于直接滴定方法。
Abstract:
A method for determining the content of reducing sugar in vinegar by using electric-position titration was established. The feasibility and effectiveness of this method are studied by using the direct titration method and the evaluation of accuracy, precision, recovery experiment of 3 kinds of fragrant vinegar, in addition, due to the detection limit of potentiometric titration method, Selection of 2 kinds of vinegar and 1 kind of rice vinegar, detection of other vinegar-like applicability. The relative error of the Potentiometric titration method is 0.22%-3.9%, the standard deviation is between 0.0152-0.04, RSD is 0.95%-3.25,The recovery rate was between 92.33% and 113.2%, precision is superior to direct titration method
