食品安全受到民众广泛关注,新《食品安全法》对食品添加剂管控进行规定,但仍需完善,且需要在管控体系等方面进行改善。本研究以新《食品安全法》为依据,结合调味品添加剂滥用案例进行分析,对滥用食品添加剂的原因进行分析,探究现有食品添加剂监管体系问题所在,解析食品添加剂滥用情况屡禁不止的根本,并从食品链角度出发,探究解决食品添加剂滥用情况的有效策略,在不断完善法律体系的基础上建立合理监管体系,建立快速反应体系应对各种食品添加剂问题,促进我国食品安全不断提升,保障民众基本生活质量。
Abstract:
Food safety has been widely concerned by the public. The new Food Safety Law regulates the control of food additives, but it still needs to be improved and needs to be improved in terms of control systems. Based on the new Food Safety Law, this study combines cases of contaminant additive abuse analysis, analyzes the causes of abuse of food additives, explores the existing food additive regulatory system, and analyzes the abuse of food additives. From the perspective of food chain, explore effective strategies to solve the abuse of food additives, establish a reasonable supervision system on the basis of continuous improvement of the legal system, establish a rapid response system to deal with various food additives, promote the continuous improvement of food safety in China, and ensure the basics of the people.
