Abstract:
In order to prevent browning in the process of drying, we should?study?the color-protecting techniques of Stachys sieboldii Miquell. The fresh cleaned Stachys sieboldii Miquel is?sliced and put into the color protection solution, and is taken out to drain after a certain period of time, then to be dried in the drying oven for 2.5 hours, then it is taken out to determine color by colorimeter. High concentrations of ascorbic acid can cause browning; The best compound color fixative is 0.4% calcium chloride, 0.5% citric acid, 1% sodium chloride, L value of the product is 79.78
